    ExploreGNW Terms of Service

    3. Business Listings

    a. Claiming a Listing
    If your business is already listed on ExploreGNW but wasn’t added by you, you can claim it by submitting:

        • Proof of ownership, such as a business registration document or GST certificate.

        • Accurate and up-to-date contact information for verification purposes.
          Once verified, you will gain full access to the listing for edits and updates.

      b. Reporting a Listing
      If a business listing contains inaccurate information or has been added without your consent, you may request removal by:

          • Submitting proof of ownership.

          • Contacting our support team with the specific details of the listing in question.
            ExploreGNW will verify the claim and take action to either update or delete the listing promptly.

        c. Demo Listings
        To demonstrate the platform’s features, ExploreGNW may create demo or placeholder listings. These are purely illustrative. If you are the rightful owner of such a demo listing and want it removed, contact us, and we will delete it immediately without further requirements.

        d. Listing Accuracy
        All businesses are responsible for ensuring their listing information is accurate and up-to-date. ExploreGNW is not liable for any errors, omissions, or outdated details in business listings. It is the business owner’s responsibility to maintain the accuracy of their information.

        4. User Responsibilities

        As a user of ExploreGNW, you agree to:

            • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

            • Provide accurate and genuine information when creating or claiming a listing.

            • Respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others.

            • Avoid any activity that disrupts the platform’s functionality or harms other users.

          Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

              • Uploading false, misleading, or defamatory content.

              • Submitting content that infringes on third-party rights, including trademarks or copyrights.

              • Attempting to hack, overload, or disrupt the platform’s infrastructure.

            Important Note: ExploreGNW does not verify the legitimacy of user-submitted content. Users are encouraged to independently verify any claims or details before making decisions.

            5. Content Ownership and Licensing

                • All content submitted by users, including business details, images, logos, and descriptions, remains their property.

                • By submitting content to ExploreGNW, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for platform-related purposes.

              ExploreGNW reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

              6. Payments and Premium Services

              ExploreGNW offers both free and paid premium listing options. Businesses opting for premium services agree to the following:

                  • Payments for premium services must be made in advance.

                  • Premium services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

                  • Premium listings are subject to the same content and accuracy requirements as free listings.

                7. Privacy and Data Use
